Climbers Family Support Group – Wednesdays
A licensed professional counselor leads thisĀ weekly online support groupĀ for families impacted by a loved oneās marijuana use. This is aĀ safe, compassionate spaceĀ where families learn practical recovery tools and gain support as they navigate challenges such as marijuana addiction, psychosis, hyperemesis, self-harm, or other harmful behaviors.
Whether your family is taking itsĀ first small stepĀ or feels like youāre climbing a steep mountain,Ā every step matters. Each one can help restore connection, strengthen relationships, and improve overall family health.
In recovery, families often learn theĀ 3 Cās of addiction:
⢠We didnāt cause it.
⢠We canāt control it.
⢠We canāt cure it.
At theĀ Every Brain Matters Climbers Meeting, we also explore a hopefulĀ 4th C:
How can we contribute in ways that support healing rather than harm?
Through guided discussion and shared experiences, families gain clarity, confidence, and insight into healthier responses and boundaries.
We encourage each family member to focus onĀ their own recovery journey, while allowing respectful cross-talk to share ideas, experiences, strength, and hope. Every family heals at their own pace, makes their own choices, and is met withĀ respect, empathy, and confidentiality.
A donation is appreciated to help support the professional expertise and time provided, butĀ no one is turned awayĀ due to financial limitations.
Suggested donation:Ā $20 per person or $35 per family.Ā A donation is NOTĀ required to attend
šĀ Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (Central Time)
