Every Brain Matters Monthly Speakers Meeting
Online Zoom MeetingIn this new era of industrialized THC, families need support and hope. Please join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every month for messages of healing from the impacts of marijuana and the expanding drug crisis. There will be a Q&A at the end of each meeting. This meeting may be recorded at the presenter’s discretion.
This month we feature Quisha King.
Quisha King is the host and producer of the Put Yo Phone Down Podcast, a platform dedicated to educating and raising awareness about the dangers of Delta 8 and Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS). Through her podcast, Quisha shares her personal experience with Delta 8 and its harmful effects, offering a powerful and relatable perspective to her audience.
With over 10 years of experience mentoring children and working with nonprofit organizations, Quisha has a strong background in guiding young people to make positive choices. Her work extends beyond mentorship, as she is deeply committed to fostering safe, non-judgmental spaces where open conversations about substance use, mental health, and community well-being can thrive.
Quisha’s public speaking background, including her time with Toastmasters International and her training in voice-over work, has equipped her with the skills to engage diverse audiences. Her ability to connect, motivate, and educate has made her an impactful advocate in schools, youth programs, and community settings.
Through her work, Quisha continues to inform, inspire, and protect young minds by creating fun, engaging, and educational experiences that highlight the dangers of Delta 8 and promote healthier choices.
